Who is responsible

Jubilee.bz LLC, 102 Bradhurst Ave Apt 707, New York, NY 10039, United States, is the data controller for personal information used to operate GroupShoot. Organizers are independently responsible for participant information they collect and their own shoot-related uses.

Information and purposes

We collect account names, email addresses and authentication information to create and secure accounts; shoot details, participant names, emails, phone numbers, reservation references and payment status to manage bookings and invitations; and agreement text, typed signatures and signing times to record talent responses. Organizer payment handles are shown to reserved guests so they can pay manually.

We process subscription identifiers, plan status and billing dates to provide paid access. Support correspondence is used to respond to requests. Technical information such as device and browser details, IP addresses, usage and error logs may be processed for reliability, abuse prevention and security. We do not receive your full card number; our payment reseller collects payment details.

Legal basis

We process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in providing a secure and reliable service, comply with legal obligations, and obtain consent where required. Contact information supplied for a booking or invitation is used for that purpose, not unrelated marketing without appropriate consent.

Sharing

We share information with hosting, authentication, storage, and technical support providers, including Lovable Cloud, as needed to run the service. Paddle receives information needed for software sales, subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing and acts under its own privacy notice. We may also share information with professional legal or accounting advisers and authorities where legally required.

Organizers can see their guests’ and invited talent’s information. Public shoot listings show event information; booking and agreement links reveal the relevant record to anyone holding that link. Treat these links as private. Email or text sharing buttons open your messaging application, whose privacy practices apply.

Retention and security

We retain account, shoot and agreement information while your account is active and as necessary to provide the service. After a deletion request, we delete or anonymize information no longer needed, except records required for tax, accounting, legal claims, fraud prevention or backup recovery. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing and withdraw consent. You may complain to the relevant privacy authority. Write to Jubilee.bz LLC at the address above to exercise your rights; we may need to verify your identity. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies and local browser storage support authentication and session persistence; payment checkout may use essential payment and fraud-prevention technologies. We do not intentionally use optional advertising cookies in GroupShoot. You can manage cookies in your browser, but disabling essential storage may prevent sign-in or checkout. Any future optional analytics or marketing cookies will require consent where applicable.

International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where service providers operate. Where required for UK or EEA transfers, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions. UK and EEA users have applicable GDPR rights, including complaint rights and responses to rights requests normally within one month.
