Terms & Agreements

Effective October 19, 2026 · Jubilee.bz LLC

About these terms

GroupShoot is provided by Jubilee.bz LLC, 102 Bradhurst Ave Apt 707, New York, NY 10039, United States. By creating an account or continuing to use GroupShoot, you agree to these terms and contract with Jubilee.bz LLC for use of the software. You must be of legal age and have authority to act for any organization you represent.

The service

GroupShoot provides tools for organizers to schedule group photo shoots, invite talent, share agreements, and track guest reservations and manual payments. Organizers are responsible for shoot safety, permissions, participant conduct, model compensation, and accurate event information. Jubilee.bz LLC does not organize or supervise individual shoots.

Subscriptions and the free shoot

Each organizer may create one free shoot without subscribing. Deleting a shoot does not renew the free offer. Organizer subscriptions cost USD $19 per month or $149 per year, plus applicable taxes, and unlock unlimited additional shoots. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops renewal and preserves access through the paid period. Existing shoots and bookings remain accessible after paid access ends. Switching monthly or annual billing takes effect immediately with prorated charges or credits for unused time.

Payment reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

This applies to organizer software subscriptions, not guest-to-organizer transfers. Subscription payment, tax, billing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Guest payments and talent agreements

Photographers pay their organizer manually using the organizer’s Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo details and reservation reference. GroupShoot does not process or hold these funds. Organizers verify payments. Shoot cancellations, guest fee refunds, model compensation, image rights, releases, and deliverables must be agreed directly with the organizer. A reservation status is not a guarantee that a shoot will occur.

Talent agreements are between the organizer and talent. Review the full agreement before signing; typing your name and accepting records your electronic acceptance. The organizer must obtain any legally required releases and consent. These service terms do not replace an individual shoot agreement or transfer rights to photographs.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials confidential and your information accurate. Do not use GroupShoot unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property, upload malware, probe or disrupt security, scrape private data, or circumvent limits. You must have permission to upload portraits and other content and to contact invited participants.

Ownership and your content

Jubilee.bz LLC retains ownership of GroupShoot software, documentation, and branding. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service within these terms. You retain ownership of your content and grant us permission to host and process it only to provide the service. Do not reverse engineer or redistribute the service.

Availability and suspension

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment after payment recovery attempts, fraud or security risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. Subscription cancellation alone does not erase your bookings. To request account deletion or raise a concern, write to Jubilee.bz LLC at the address above.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for indirect losses or disputes between shoot participants. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. New York law governs these terms, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections. We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes.
